These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and nustra.ph governing your access to and use of the nustraph.club platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Access to nustra.ph is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum is mandated by PAGCOR for casino-style gaming in the Philippines and is non-negotiable. Age verification is performed at registration and before first withdrawal.
nustra.ph operates under a Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) license. All platform operations, game fairness standards, withdrawal processing timelines, and player protection obligations are subject to PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
Each player may register and maintain only one active nustra.ph account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation, in accordance with anti-fraud policy.
All bonuses and promotions offered by nustra.ph are subject to stated wagering requirements. These requirements are displayed in full before you opt into any promotion. nustra.ph does not apply hidden post-acceptance changes to bonus terms without advance notice.
Both nustra.ph and registered players share responsibility for safe gaming practices. nustra.ph provides deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Players are expected to use these tools and to alert nustra.ph if they believe gaming is becoming harmful.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through nustra.ph's complaints process shall be subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and nustra.ph ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"), operated at nustraph.club. By accessing the Platform or registering an account, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement
Access to nustra.ph is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age is mandated by PAGCOR for casino-style online gaming in the Philippines. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and will remain so for the duration of your membership.

The Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is primarily intended for players located in the Philippines. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. nustra.ph does not represent that the use of the Platform is lawful or appropriate in all locations.

You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of your registration information throughout your membership. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
nustra.ph is required under PAGCOR licensing and Philippine AML regulations to verify the identity of all registered Players before processing withdrawals and at any point when required by our compliance team. Acceptable KYC documents include valid Philippine government-issued IDs such as PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, passport, driver's license, or voter's ID. You may also be required to submit a selfie photograph or proof of payment method ownership.
2.5 One Account Per Player
Each individual may register and hold only one active Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts (whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, devices, or IP addresses) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances therein pending investigation.
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your password, any two-factor authentication codes, and recovery information. nustra.ph will never ask you to disclose your password via any channel. You must notify nustra.ph immediately at [email protected] or via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
3.2 Account Currency
All Account Balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to Account transactions. nustra.ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit is ₱100.
3.3 Account Inactivity
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as Inactive. nustra.ph reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee from Inactive Accounts, as specified in the applicable fee schedule published on the Platform, until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Players will receive prior written notice before inactivity fees commence.
3.4 Account Transferability
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or grant access to your Account to any third party. Any evidence of Account sharing or transfer will constitute grounds for Account suspension.
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your Account within minutes. Deposits via InstaPay or bank transfer may take up to two (2) banking hours. nustra.ph does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. All deposited funds must originate from payment accounts that are legally registered in your own name.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
To request a withdrawal, you must:

Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required under AML obligations. 4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
In compliance with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and PAGCOR regulations, nustra.ph monitors Account transactions for suspicious activity and is required to report qualifying transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). nustra.ph reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and request documentation where AML obligations so require.
nustra.ph offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered:
Transparency Commitment: The full terms of every nustra.ph bonus — including wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits — are displayed in their entirety before you opt in. nustra.ph does not retroactively amend bonus terms to the detriment of Players after opt-in.
6.1 Game Integrity
All games available on the nustra.ph Platform — including slots, live casino games, virtual sports, bingo, and sports betting — operate using independently certified random number generation (RNG) systems where applicable, or certified live-streaming infrastructure for live dealer games. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages displayed for each game reflect independently audited figures.
6.2 Disconnection Policy
In the event of a network disconnection or technical failure during active gameplay, nustra.ph's system will record the state of the game at the point of interruption. Incomplete rounds will be resolved in accordance with nustra.ph's technical failure policy, which prioritizes the fairness of outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be reconstructed, stakes may be refunded at nustra.ph's discretion.
6.3 Malfunction Voids Play
In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or any technical defect that causes a game to operate outside its intended parameters — including displaying incorrect payouts, odds, or game outcomes — nustra.ph reserves the right to void all bets and transactions affected by the malfunction. Players will not be entitled to winnings arising from a verified system malfunction.
6.4 Sports Betting Rules
Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type in the nustra.ph sportsbook. In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or other circumstances not covered by specific market rules, nustra.ph's general sports rules will apply and stakes may be refunded at the applicable odds or at even money as specified.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nustra.ph Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and potential reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities:

All content on the nustra.ph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and the nustra.ph and nustraph.club brand identifiers — is the property of nustra.ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and applicable international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content; scrape, mirror, or copy any portion of the Platform by automated means; or use any nustra.ph trademark or brand identifier in any manner not expressly authorised by nustra.ph in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nustra.ph's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nustra.ph is not liable for: (a) loss of winnings resulting from connection failures, device malfunction, or third-party service interruptions; (b) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind; (c) the accuracy or availability of third-party content integrated into the Platform; or (d) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits nustra.ph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by nustra.ph's negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 Suspension by nustra.ph
nustra.ph reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account, with or without prior notice, where: there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or AML/KYC compliance requirements; the Account is subject to a court order or regulatory direction; or nustra.ph determines, in good faith, that such action is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players.
11.2 Termination by Player
You may close your Account at any time by contacting nustra.ph customer support. Upon closure, any real-money Balance will be paid to your verified payment account within nustra.ph's standard withdrawal processing timeline, subject to all applicable verification and AML checks being satisfied. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon Account termination for any reason, your licence to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7 (Prohibited Conduct), 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Disputes and Complaints) — shall remain in full force.
nustra.ph collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Platform and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
nustra.ph will share your data with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by applicable Philippine law. nustra.ph will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
13.1 Internal Complaints Process
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the nustra.ph Platform, you should contact the nustra.ph support team in the first instance via live chat or at [email protected]. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
13.2 Escalation to PAGCOR
If you are dissatisfied with nustra.ph's response to your complaint following completion of the internal process, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR using its published player complaint procedures. nustra.ph will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation arising from a player complaint.
13.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. To the extent any dispute requires formal legal proceedings, such proceedings shall be conducted before the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines, subject to PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction over all matters arising from nustra.ph's licensed activities.
nustra.ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Where an amendment is required by law, PAGCOR regulation, or judicial order, nustra.ph may implement such changes immediately without advance notice. The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always available on this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
